Your role

You’ll join us as a lawyer, providing full support to the Clinical Negligence Department in the provision of advice to the firm’s clients.

Your role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Assisting a Grade A solicitor
  • Running a caseload of complex Clinical Negligence cases (under close supervisory support) and to undertake work in liability, causation and quantum issues.
  • Become professionally responsible for all aspects of your job ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct as well as the quality of your own legal work, administration and financial performance.
  • Undertake administrative duties within the firm to ensure best practice.

What are we looking for from you?

  • You will be a newly qualified up to and including Grade B Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive.
  • A commitment to ensuring you are doing everything that you can to provide the upmost level of support to your clients.
  • Pro-active approach to your case management – take a forward thinking approach in everything you do.
  • Admitted to the Roll as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or soon to qualify.
