Lyndsey began her legal career at Goole-based Heptonstalls Solicitors in early 2011. Lyndsey’s career at the firm span across almost 10 years in the clinical negligence department. During Lyndsey’s early career, she was Paralegal to the Managing Partner and assisted with high value complex cases, including birth injuries and amputation cases. Lyndsey was then allocated a case load of her own and was subsequently offered a training contract with the firm in 2015, qualifying as a Solicitor in early 2017. She now joins Medical Solicitors as a Grade B Solicitor. Lyndsey has handled a variety of clinical negligence cases, including stillbirths, claims against GPs, psychiatric injury cases, orthopaedic cases, pressure sore cases, missed diagnosis, and more.
Lyndsey believes that many doctors are excellent at their jobs, but when they aren’t, they need to be held to account for their mistakes. Lyndsey is very client focused and her main objective is to seek justice for her clients. She strives to achieve the best possible outcome.

In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys visiting new places.
